Septic Tank Cleaning

Acme Services offers septic tank cleaning and pumping for customers in Surrey, Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. When arranging a visit, explain whether you need scheduled maintenance or help with a particular symptom, such as slow drainage, odours or a backup. This information helps clarify the requested service; symptoms alone do not establish the cause of a septic problem.

Share the tank size if known, the number of tanks, the location of the access lids and the date of the last service. Tell us about gates, narrow driveways, parking restrictions or a long distance between the tank and the truck. If access needs preparation or you are unsure where the tank is, raise that during the quote discussion.

Ask what the cleaning and pumping visit includes, how waste removal is handled and whether additional access work is required. A written quote should make service scope, travel, disposal and any extra work clear. Keep your service record afterward so future maintenance can be planned around your system and property use. Cleaning does not replace diagnosis or repairs when a component has failed.

Call 236-996-2122 or email info@acmeservices.ca to discuss septic tank cleaning. Include the property address, preferred timing, known tank details and any current concerns.
